It has been nineteen weeks since construction started at the site of the future Downtown Windsor Family Aquatic Complex on the Western Super Anchor lands and the pool complex has gone from a parking lot, to a dirt field, to a whole, to a great amount of foundation for an actual building.
Concrete floors have been poured and the project is nearly ready to begin to take shape above ground level.
windsoriteDOTca is keeping an eye on Aquatic Centre Construction with weekly updates that will eventually form a time lapse. Construction of the aquatic facility is planned to progress in time for the International Children’s Games in August 2013.
