Dynamic Solutions, a western-Canada oil and gas company that specializes in the design, manufacturing and operation of “coiled tubing downhole tools” announced this morning that they are expanding into the Windsor region.

Currently ninety-five-percent of Dynamic’s machining requirements are outsourced to a third party. The new Windsor-Essex facility will bring this work in-house. Dynamic has selected an existing building for their operation, expected to open in the spring, and are actively recruiting for an Operations Manager. Company officials are planning a visit to the region in January to conduct interviews and meet with key individuals in support of this investment.

“Due to ever increasing demand for our products and services, Dynamic’s manufacturing division requires high volume production which can only be obtained by opening a large manufacturing facility. Windsor has been selected to be our manufacturing center due to its highly skilled workforce and rich history in advanced manufacturing. When in full production the Windsor-Essex facility will employ 40 people. Dynamic will double its workforce through our Windsor expansion, an opportunity that we are greatly looking forward to in 2012!” says Leigh McDiarmid, General Manager of Dynamic Solutions.

We are moving toward a diversified economy that’s getting better all the time. There is no doubt in my mind, that in the coming year, the Windsor-Essex region will be the place to be in terms of location and innovation. Thank you for choosing Windsor -Essex and welcome Dynamic Solutions Inc. to our region.” added Ron Gaudet, CEO of the WindsorEssex Economic Development Corporation.

More information, including job postings, will be available on the WEEDC’s website on Thursday.
