Clowns, rides, prizes, vendors and fun for the whole family have invaded the Festival Plaza; it’s Summerfest 2010! Windsor’s best carnival kicked off yesterday on the riverfront downtown and runs until July 4th.
The Buskers arrive tomorrow and will perform daily until Monday.
On Saturday it’s the 34th Annual International Tug Boat Race along the river at 1pm (Dieppe Park).
What about fireworks? The Riverfront Fireworks Party starts at 6pm this coming Monday June 21st. Fireworks will light the sky over the Detroit River just after 10pm. Get there early!
Then between next Wednesday and Sunday, it’s Summerfest Uptown at the Windsor Armouries.
