City Offering Free 15 Minute Parking

The City of Windsor is offering free 15 minutes of parking this holiday season if you are making a quick stop to pick up a pre-ordered gift or dinner for those friends coming over.
All you need to do is log in to the Passport Parking App, type in zone #3800 then your licence plate number, and 15 minutes is on the city.
Since it was implemented in December of 2017, the number of meters now hosting the Passport Parking app has reached 1,400 and includes 31 surface lots. At this time, the app cannot be used in the City’s two municipal parking garages.
