A new condo development is in the planning stages for downtown Windsor.
To be located behind the existing Shoppers Drug Mart on the corner of Wyandotte Street East and Ouellette Avenue, the proposed development will see a 16 storey tower built on the existing parking lot.
In total, there will be 12 floors of condo units with 119 total condominium units, and 4 floors of parking for 62 vehicles.
The development will also feature a rooftop patio area.
