A balcony fire at the LeGoyeau Condominiums on Riverside Drive West caused $125,000 in damage.
It broke out around 4:30pm on the 12th floor and sent smoke across the downtown Windsor skyline.
Investigators say it was caused by an electrical failure, but the exact cause was not found.
One person was taken to hospital for smoke inhalation. Two people have been displaced.
