Arts Council Windsor and Region, located at 1942 Wyandotte Street East held and information session on Monday May 16 at 1pm. The session was held for artists, cultural groups, libraries, business improvement associations, local media and the general public.
The session was held as a part of the second annual Culture Days campaign which was launched on May 9. The goal of Culture Days is to raise awareness while encouraging participation in the arts and culture aspect of of Canadian life. It is the largest public campaign regarding arts and culture in Canada, it is active on a national level. Registration is necessary in order to participate and can be done through the website.
