Enactus Windsor, a student-run organization at the Odette School of Business, will hold an e-waste collection event in conjunction with CAW Local 200’s Computers for Kids program at the Sobeys in Tecumseh this Saturday from 9am to 3pm.

Computers for Kids recycles unwanted computers, keyboards, televisions, telephones and other electronic equipment into educational tools for community youth in need.

Enactus Windsor volunteers will be stationed at drop-off stations located in the Sobeys parking lot, where they will transfer donations to collection bins for refurbishing. Donated computers will have their software fully removed in order to protect donor privacy. Both Computers for Kids and Enactus Windsor thank Sobeys for donating the space for the collection day.
