A new development is in the works for the old Elias Markets property on the corner of McDougall and Tecumseh Road West.
A former industrial warehouse behind the Elias building close to Hanna was demolished last year. The existing grocery story building will be demolished.
The new development will consist of four new commercial buildings totaling 71,932 square feet with 269 parking spaces and space for 15 bikes.
