Alright Windsorites this is workout number 5, it’s all legs and cardio and it’s under 7 mins.  Anyone can do this, modify any drill if you have too.  If you are just starting this Fit-City Challenge now, that’s ok just do 1 workout at a time starting with the first one.

All you need for this workout  is a strong wall to wall squat against and some drive to push through the sets, don’t stop when it burns that’s when your results will happen so you have to push through.   So get warmed up, have some water close to you and let’s kick this workout up and feel great after.. oh and sore tomorrow.  Get Low make every rep count, focus on your goals and how you want that booty and legs to look in that mirror of yours.

It’s under 6 minutes… so get up right now and do it.. let’s get and stay Motivated, the Holidays are right around the corner!!
