    Access from Outer Drive to Highway 3 will be closed beginning on Tuesday October 30th at 7am to allow for construction of the Outer Drive Connector which will connect Outer Drive with the newly relocated Highway 3 east of Outer Drive.

    Access to Highway 3 from Outer Drive will not be possible for approximately one month. During this time a detour route following Highway 3 to Walker Road to Blackacre Dive will provide access to Outer Drive.

    Outer Drive will remain open.

      what a waste of money ,,all they needed was a two tier huron line,,all the way to bridge from 401 ,,ya know like toronto has and alot of other major cities,,..
      no expropriation of property would have been needed,,minimal at most.
      put the trucks up in the air, pollution and conjestion solved.
      top tier for trucks only leading to an off ramp at the bridge,,,ya know
