Public School Board Plans Budget Consultation

Budget preparation for the 2012-13 school year is underway at the Greater Essex County District School Board, and as part of that process they are seeking public public input.
Public input on the budget will be received at the Public Board Meeting scheduled for Tuesday at 7pm or at the Operations and Finance Committee meeting held on Tuesday, June 5th. Both of these meetings will be held in the Board Room at 451 Park Street West.
To appear as a delegation contact Melissa LeBoeuf, at 519-255-3200 ext. 10259 by noon on Wednesday prior to the meeting. Approved delegations will be limited to 10 minutes on the agenda and must provide a written summary of their remarks no later than the time of the meeting. There is also an opportunity to sign up on our Speaker’s List by 6:45 p.m. the day of the meeting. This will allow for a five minute presentation.
