The Walker Road area has welcomed the Canadian chain, the Fox & Fiddle, into its neighbourhood.

This pub opened up in the old Midtown Bar & Grill. It maintains the traditional values of British style, with a modern twist on its cuisine.

When it came to selecting a franchise, the owner found that the Fox & Fiddle was exactly what the area needed; a place Windsorites in the area could frequent and enjoy.

On the menu of many beverages includes the Foxy Margarita, the Blue Sky Margarita and the Peachy Keen.

Coming in to catch the game? On the lighter end of the menu is an array of fare such as appetizers, salads and flatbreads. Amongst those are buffalo chicken pieces, the Fox Pecan salad (mixed with apple, chicken, feta and more), Butter Chicken Flatbread, and Potstickers.

To complete their entrees, Fox & Fiddle features favourite items like Shepherd’s Pie, the Whisky BBQ Burger (topped with onion rings), and the Philly Beef Melt. A proud dish is the Mediterranean nachos.

Everything is prepared fresh daily, even the tortilla chips.

The interior consists of artistic chalk boards, professionally done by a member of one of the Toronto locations. Along with its subtle hints of green and dark wood, the building is completely open concept for a welcoming atmosphere.
