Seize the Day Windsor

Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario (ESWO) invites you to join us on Saturday, September 20th, 2025, for the 9th Anniversary of our Annual Seize the Day Fundraiser at Vollmer Recreation Park. All funds raised will directly support vital programs and services for individuals living with epilepsy, their families, and communities across Southwestern Ontario. This family-friendly event kicks off at 10:00 AM with a spirited run or an uplifting walk followed by a BBQ celebration. Whether you’re running or walking to honor a loved one, to stand with those affected by epilepsy, or to raise awareness, we invite you to be part of this inspiring day. Together, let’s build on last year’s success and celebrate the resilience of our purple community! Join us in showing everyone touched by epilepsy that they are never alone. Every step over the finish line is a step toward hope! Register in advance for $30 or at the event for $40.
