Demolition has begun on the former Nut House building in downtown Windsor.
The building that fronts onto Goyeau Street was purchased by the University of Windsor as part of its downtown campus plans. The building sits next to the future School of Creative Arts building that will be constructed where the former Tunnel Bar-B-Q currently stands.
The Nut House property will open the campus onto Goyeau Street and to City Hall Square providing a walkway and green space.
