As part of their effort to reduce the stigma of mental illness and promote good mental health the GECDSB Parent Involvement Committee presents the third in this year’s seminar series Family Coping Skills for Life’s Challenges.
Morana Sijan of Maryvale Adolescent and Family Services along with School Program Transition Youth Worker Chris Bergeron will be presenting information and offering strategies and techniques to manage those challenges.
On Wednesday, February 26th the seminar will be offered at the Roma Club in Leamington beginning at 7pm. It will be repeated at the Caboto Club in Windsor on Thursday, February 27th also starting at 7pm.
There is no charge for either session and they are open to all members of the community.
