Devonshire Mall is launching free WiFi throughout the mall at the end of the month and organizers are holding a contest to celebrate.
Between 11am and 2pm on Saturday August 31st, Devonshire Mall will be giving away six apple iPads, two season tickets to the Windsor Spitfires, two tickets to anywhere Porter Airlines flies and a number of gift cards.
