Employees at Caesars Windsor are raising money to assist the people of the Philippines following Typhoon Haiyan.
Employees have stepped forward to make their own cash donations which the company will match up to $5,000.
The funds raised will be donated to the Red Cross’ Philippines Relief Fund to help the thousands of victims and their families affected by the massive storm.
Caesars Windsor CEO Kevin Laforet says “we are proud of our employees who consistently come forward and ask what they can do to help in our own community.”
Employees are also holding an internal bake sale fundraiser and collecting gently used and clean linens and clothing to be donated to the Filipino Community Centre who will be sending items to the affected areas in the Philippines.
