This weekend, Windsor’s riverfront will be filled with the tastes, sounds and traditions of the cultures that make up our city.
Carrousel by the River has something for everyone including food, music, art and dance from dozens of different cultures.
A Children’s Village will be filled with entertainers, dancers, games, crafts, music and surprises to delight the youngest members of the family.
