A proposed milt-storey development on the southwest corner of Riverside Drive West and Janette Avenue will be heading to City Council at a future date for final approval.
Farhi Holdings is proposing a 28-storey building with a total of 166 dwelling units. The proposal includes the provision of 187 parking spaces in an underground parking garage.
This proposed development is part of a larger, two-phase development project that includes a second residential tower at the southeast corner of Riverside Drive West and Janette Avenue.
The proposed closure of Janette Avenue between the two building will also be studied in the future.
