Sparky and representatives from Windsor Fire and Rescue gave out toys from their Toy Drive Saturday morning through the afternoon at the Hôtel-Dieu Grace Gymnasium.
Over 3,000 bags of toys were ready for handing out, for children ranging the ages of ages 1 to 14. Sparky’s Toy Drive, run entirely by volunteers and powered by the local community’s generosity, helps over 1,200 families in the area.
