Windsor Family Credit Union Opens In Downtown Windsor

The Windsor Family Credit Union opened the doors to their eighth retail location Friday, marking their debut in Downtown Windsor.

The new retail location is located at 300 Ouellette Avenue, on the corner of Ouellette and University Avenues, offers the same products and services available at all of WFCU’s retail locations including the personalized conveniences of a café lounge area, full service ATM, no teller lines and private in-office service for all financial transactions.

“It is exciting to be a part of the fabric of Windsor’s downtown community,” said President and Chief Executive Officer, Marty Komsa. “Each time we expand into different areas of the City and beyond, we are confident in knowing that more of our members have the opportunity to be serviced closer to where they live, work and operate their business. They believe in WFCU and trust us with their financial needs. We encourage and invite new and potential members to take advantage of what we have to offer.”

A new location on the UWindsor campus is also planned to open later this year.
