A Home Hardware Building Centre is going up in Essex at 300 Maidstone Avenue West.
Due to the tremendous success of the original location, the Home Hardware team in Essex has decided to re-locate to a more visible and central location to better serve the community.
The new location is expected to create 15-20 jobs, in addition to the existing staff compliment.
“Essex is in a tremendous growth period, so we are very excited to be apart of that excitement,” said Brent Seguin, Dealer/Owner, Essex Home Hardware Building Centre.
The total cost of this project is estimated to exceed $13,000,000.
“We are thrilled to see the development of the new Home Hardware Building Centre here in Essex Centre,” said Sherry Bondy, Mayor. “The expansion of this national chain represents the tremendous success for business development within the Town of Essex. It is exciting to see the growth of our local economic landscape and we look forward to building on the momentum.”
