Pure Fruit Café, a new cafe in South Windsor, celebrated their grand opening Sunday morning with an extravagant ribbon cutting event.
The cafe features a unique fresh fruit based menu, paired alongside an artisanal beverage and dessert options with a “Parisian Chic” atmosphere within.
Cafe owner Manal Hage, also of South Windsor spa Manal Hage Beauty, says she has a history of providing an elevated customer experience and is thrilled to extend her approach to specialized service at Pure Fruit Café,
“I believe that things should be as pretty as possible and I’m want to pamper guests with one of my coffees or a fruit plate that I designed myself,” said Hage.
Despite a challenging economic environment during the COVID pandemic, Hage found success in new ways.
Hage says she funneled her passion for beauty and customer service into creating Pure Fruit Café. She says she believes that a positive consequence of the pandemic was the time to reflect and plan her vision for the slice of Paris in Windsor.
“The pandemic highlighted the role restaurants play in our community,” Hage said. “People want to go out and get together whether it is meeting up with colleagues who need to get out of house after two years of working at home or to celebrate a special occasion or just and relax with some great coffee and a dessert.”
Hage says she is especially excited to provide some extra glam to the women of Windsor whom she is proud to serve.
The grand opening day featured an open house with an array of items to try for residents who came to join in the festivities. A tent located outside also featured live music alongside fruit platters and finger foods and an opportunity to enjoy the cafe for the first time.
