With the announcement of Windsor-Essex moving to Stage 3,Parks & Recreation staff in Kingsville have been reattaching swing sets and inspecting play structures in anticipation of reopening playgrounds.
Each playground will be deemed open as work is complete, and all equipment should be operational by Friday.
