The Amherstburg Uncommon Festival returns for the second year this time in September.
WFCU Credit Union is the official title sponsor and will provide a free, outdoor family movie night and the popular STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Children’s Innovation Pavilion in the Kings Navy Yard Park.

an important role in making WFCU Credit Union who we are, and we’re excited to be able to support the Town of Amherstburg in bringing the magic of the festival to our region.”
At the same time, the Government of Ontario through the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport has officially announced that Amherstburg Uncommon Festival is the recipient of a $15,189
Celebrate Ontario Grant.
“The 18th and 19th century themed festival lends itself to the progressive growth of Amherstburg while we pay homage to our illustrious history” says Deputy Mayor Leo Meloche. “The incredible
support from WFCU Credit Union and the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport is so very much appreciated for the enhancement of the festival programming.”
Look for this years festival on September 27th to 29th.
