Jemma is a picturesque German Shepherd mix puppy with lots of playful energy. She is a typical puppy who will need training, socialization, and direction in order to grow into a well-behaved adult dog. She is crate-trained (overnight or short periods) and she is house-trained with a few accidents (she’s still learning). Jemma knows basic commands, such as sit, down, shake paw. She can be timid when meeting new people and dogs, but gets along well with both once she gets to know them. She does have some anxiety and is scared of loud or sudden noises so she needs another playful dog in the home to keep her company. As a puppy, she is still chewing, but loves to play tug of war and play all kinds of games throughout the day. Jemma will need lots of exercise each day to keep her stimulated. She’s not really a cuddly puppy and prefers to come to you on her own terms. She needs a family that will understand her needs and boundaries. With lots of daily exercise, consistency, and love, Jemma will be a happy, well-balanced dog.Apply to adopt Jemma today at: https://secondchanceanimalrescuewe.wordpress.com/adoptdog/
