One person is in critical condition with smoke inhalation after a fire in the 1400 block of Pillette around 2am Sunday.
Fire officials say the owner had left the house, but ran back inside to retrieve a dog.
The Ontario Fire Marshal was call into investigate and the cause is listed as unattended cooking.
Damage is set at $200,000 to the structure, $100,000 to the contents and $40,000 in exposure damage to adjacent unit.
