An electrical fire at the Royal Windsor Terrace on Pelissier Street in Downtown Windsor caused heavy smoke and water damage.
It broke out just after 8:30pm in a 7th-floor electrical room.
Fire crews had it out in minutes, but smoke and water made its way to several floors.
There are no reports of injuries.
