The scaffolding is coming down from the Paul Martin Building in downtown Windsor.

Colonial Building Restoration of Scarborough was awarded the contract for repairs and been working on the building since May.

The project included replacing mortar between facade blocks, repairing the spalled limestone facade and addressing the steel brackets that support the stone facade.

Total cost was estimated at $3,277,000.

The University of Windsor is still in talks to move the law school to the building.
