The Arts Council Windsor & Region has a new Director of Public Programs and Advocacy.
Julie Tucker is a Windsor-based artist, independent curator, and cultural worker. She earned an MFA from the University of Windsor before moving to Ottawa where she has lived for the last seven years.
Her recent curatorial projects include Playlists from Solitude to Solidarity for Urban Shaman, get outta my dreams and into my car…, screening and performance by Lisa Lipton for Available Light Screening Collective and Disney Made Me Do It and Blow up, for the Ottawa International Animation Festival. She has exhibited works across Canada and in Scotland.
