Windsor Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 49-year-old woman who has been missing since October 28th.
Police say that Mouy Sou is five feet tall and weighing 104 lbs. She was last seen wearing tan casual pants and brown leather shoes.
She was seen with a 1998 silver Honda with license plate BEEA 318.
Police have not released a photo.
