Windsor firefighters have extinguished a fire at a home on York Street.
Firefighters were called to the home in the 1500 block of York just before 6pm.
Crews had the blaze under control within minutes and then worked to fan out trapped smoke in the home.
All of the occupants made it out safely.
The cause was accidental and damage is pegged at $20,000.
