Housing sales in Windsor-Essex are up again in March with a 32.16% increase over March 2014.
The Windsor-Essex County Realtors Association says 452 homes were sold this past March compared to 342 last year.
In Windsor, the central part of the city and the downtown area is where most homes changed hands with 90 sold, followed by south Windsor with 83 and east Windsor rounds out the top three with 68.
In the county, Amherstburg was the most popular area with 62 houses sold, Lakeshore had 60 and LaSalle rounds out the top three with 58 sold.
