One died after being struck by a train near McDougall and Eugenie, Wednesday afternoon.
Firefighters, EMS and police rushed to an area along the tracks just west of McDougall.
Police confirmed some time later that a male was confirmed dead. The man was struck by the train, and the train came to a stop moments later.
Foul play has been ruled out in the investigation.
Police say an e-bike found at the scene was not struck by the train.
The name of the deceased person is not being released.
