Windsor’s Riverfront has a refreshed sense of pride thanks to new and updated flags at Assumption Park.
Both the original mulch and stone Canadian and American flags were replaced last week with white concrete bases and new painted colour surfaces.
The new flags come just in time for Canada Day and an annual memorial to remember the sacrifices of Canadians and Americans during the Vietnam War.
