PHOTOS: Morning Fire Rouses Occupants Of University Avenue Residence

Residents of a downtown housing complex were startled this morning when a fire broke out in a unit on the second floor.
Firefighters were called to Chateau Masson, a Windsor Housing complex at 415 University Avenue East, just after 8am for reports of smoke and flames coming from a second story window.
The fire was quickly extinguished and there are no reports of any injuries at this time. Crews are working to remove smoke from the building.
Fire officials say the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
