Scarecrows for Charity Taking Place in Kingsville

Cindy’s Scarecrows for Charity contest has begun raising awareness and community support for various charitable causes, and at the same time allowing groups and charities a chance to receive one of four cash prizes.
This year over ten local charities and organizations from the area have created their own unique scarecrows to represent their cause. These scarecrows are now on display in the gardens of Cindy’s Home and Gardens located at 585 Seacliff Drive in Kingsville, and will be on display until the 20th of October during Kingsville’s 43rd Annual Migration Festival.
The winning charities will be awarded cash prizes 1st place will receive $500, 2nd place will receive $300,3rd place will $200 and a Facebook prize for the scarecrow photo with the most ‘likes’ will be awarded $100. You can check out all the scarecrows here.
