Hiatus House is expanding their downtown facility and are building a 3 story structure across the street from their existing location at 250 Louis Avenue.
The building will be constructed on what is now vacant land and will house offices, meeting rooms, storage and other facilities.
A parking lot for 48 cars will also be constructed.
