City to Lease Out Two Buildings

At tonights special meeting of council, onto of the aquatic complex, council will also be asked to consider leasing two locations.
Both are located in West Windsor, one at 1585 Wyandotte Street West Windsor, and the other at 3325 College Avenue. They will be leased to the Windsor Essex Community Health Centre for a term of ten years.
The College location will be the new home of the Sandwich Community Health Centre, which is currently located in the basement of Forester High School. The lease for that site begins on September 1st. Base rent will start at $11.00 a square foot and will incense ever two years by 50 cents.
The Wyandotte Street location will be used for the Active Aging and Health Management Program. They enter into their lease on December 1st.
