The Lunar Series: Beaver Moon
Welcome to The Lunar Series! A monthly yoga class held during the onset of the full moon. This month we honor the Beaver moon. The Beaver Moon is about preparation and adaptation. Just as animals prepare for winter, we can use this time to prepare for new stages in life. It is a period to evaluate our resources, both physical and emotional, and make necessary adjustments. It can also serve as a reminder of how important it is to take care of ourselves and our loved ones as the colder months approach. Surrender to the energy of the full moon and and join us for a magical ritual designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit through the gentle practices of Yin Yoga, the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra, and the soothing vibrations of healing sound bowls. This unique event offers a tranquil space for reflection, renewal, and inner peace. This class is all-levels friendly and non-heated. *Please dress for comfort, bring a yoga mat and some water.* Anything else you’d like to bring for added comfort during your practice is welcomed and encouraged, but not required. *blankets and bolsters provided* 5:45pm – 7:00pm (75min) Free for members or 1 class credit. $17.00 +hst for a drop-in pass
