Coldest Night of The Year
Every night, hundreds of people in Windsor face the harsh reality of homelessness, hunger, and hopelessness. The Downtown Mission is here to provide a beacon of light in the darkness, offering shelter, food, and support to those who need it most. But we can’t do this alone. The Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is more than just a fundraiser—it’s a way to walk in solidarity with our neighbours in need. It’s a chance to experience a small part of what they go through every day and to take meaningful action to help. When you participate in CNOY, you’re not just walking—you’re standing up for change. You’re helping to provide warm meals to someone who hasn’t eaten all day, a safe place for someone who’s been sleeping on the streets, and the support needed to rebuild lives. Every step you take and every dollar you raise during CNOY helps us continue the vital work we do at the Mission. Together, we can ensure no one in our community feels forgotten, ignored, or alone.
