Get ready for an exciting and healthy day at the Be Well Expo 2024! 🌟 🗓️ When: Saturday, September 28th 🕘 Time: 9 AM – 2 PM 📍 Where: 1525 Hwy ON-#3 👥 Who: All ages welcome — LAF members and non-members too! 🚌 Free Transportation (call Reception to sign up) 🍽️ Free lunch 🎟️ Free admission Kick off the morning with our Wellness Walk, Talk & Stroll along the beautiful Tranquility Trail! Choose from a 1km or 3km walk.
