Driver Charged After Not Moving Over For Emergency Vehicles
A driver has been charged after the vehicle they were driving failed to move over to another lane while passing emergency vehicles at a commercial motor vehicle collision on Wednesday.
Police say it happened just before noon on the 401 near Communication Road in Chatham-Kent.
As a result, the driver faces multiple charges.
