Yogassage

Join us for a soothing 90min. yogassage event, where gentle yoga meets therapeutic massage for a deeply relaxing experience. Led by Lauren Jeannette BHK, RMT, CYT accompanied by a group of RMT’s Participants will be guided into yin and restorative poses while a group of skilled registered massage therapists will provide massage and gentle adjustments to help release tension and enhance relaxation. Perfect for anyone seeking to reduce stress and reconnect with their body. Don’t miss this opportunity to nourish your body, mind and spirit! Bolsters and props provided.
