THE COMEDIANS: Paul Montanier is a Co-Founder and Sr. Producer of Brewing for Comedy, the Windsor Comedy Club, and festival of the same name, and has been integral in building the Windsor comedy scene. In 2017, he was the winner of Next Best Comic. He’s also been a finalist at the Funniest Person in Grand Rapids and the Border City Comedy Festival. Paul’s dry wit and expertly crafted material have led to him being featured at various comedy festivals over the years including Windsor Comedy Festival, Chatham Comedy Festival, Thunder Bay Comedy Festival, Paul Bunyan Comedy Festival, Motor City Comedy Festival, and Gilda’s Laughfest. Through these festivals and shows in Windsor, Paul has had a chance to work with acts such as Randy and Lahey from the Trailer Park Boys, Hans Kim, Mike MacDonald, Dave Meherje, Kevin Farley, and Ian Bagg. He also was able to sneak backstage at Chrysler theater and ended up having dinner with Norm MacDonald. But that had nothing to do with his comedic talent. He was just sneaky. Sky Hunt is a high-energy comedian from Detroit, MI, known for his gut-wrenching laughs and dynamic stage presence. With a comedic style that blends personal anecdotes and sharp takes on current events, Sky effortlessly connects with audiences of all backgrounds. His storytelling is relatable, raw, and hilarious, offering a fresh perspective on everyday life. A staple in the Detroit and Windsor comedy scenes, Sky has opened for top acts like Olivia Stadler from LetterKenny and continues to leave audiences in stitches. Whether he’s riffing on his own experiences or taking on the latest news, Sky’s comedy is a whirlwind of laughs you won’t want to miss! Jen Richardson is a comedian and producer based out of Windsor. Regularly performing in Windsor, Michigan and Toronto, Jen brings her unique perspective towards motherhood, career achievements and failures, and the complexity of being in your 40s. She’s performed with a ton of the rising greats, sold out shows in Windsor and Toronto and is very tired. Although he is only 1 year in, you’d think Josh Chemello was a seasoned veteran. His straight forward approach and intelligent wordplay has made audiences laugh in an array of cities since his comedy debut. His strong drive and work ethic has allowed him to perform in numerous comedy clubs in Windsor, Detroit and many of the surrounding cities. With this trajectory, there is no telling what this talented young comedian can achieve. The ultimate goal at Petty Productions is to bring awareness & emphasize the importance of supporting local businesses. By partnering with an array of local companies, we are able to provide quality entertainment on a monthly basis within multiple venues around the city.
