This month, we are hosting a Sister Circle workshop focused on “The Realities of ACB Women in Windsor-Essex: A Focus on Mental Health” on Friday, April 25th, 2025. As a community, we know the challenges that African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) women face often navigating unique struggles in silence. This gathering is more than just a discussion; it’s a safe space where women can uplift each other, share experiences, and raise awareness about the mental health realities we endure.
