Mary Spencer, Olympian and Pan Am Games gold medallist in boxing lights the cauldron at Windsor’s celebration.
The Pan Am Torch arrived in Windsor at 7pm, Tuesday evening and was greeted by a crowd of happy Windsorites at City Hall.
The torch was carried in to the celebration by Mary Spencer, Olympian and Pan Am Games gold medallist in boxing.
Mayor Drew Dilkens looks on proudly.
