Police Looking For Robbery Suspect

Windsor Police are hoping the public can help identify a man following a robbery in East Windsor.

Police were called to a retail store in the 5000 block of Tecumseh Road East on Sunday May 16th around 12:30pm after a theft.

Police say a male suspect forcibly grabbed a tablet computer from a shopkeeper and fled on foot with the merchandise, eastbound on Tecumseh Road East.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’6″, 150 lbs., wearing a black baseball hat (with sunglasses on top), grey Air Jordan zip-up hooded sweater, blue jeans, black and white running shoes, and black and white face mask.

Police say the suspect had distinct tattoo on top of his left hand, along with a wedding ring.

The Major Crime Unit continues to actively investigate the incident and requesting anyone in the 5000 block of Tecumseh Road East with video surveillance to check their recordings for any possible evidence.
