Police Investigating After Shots Fired

Windsor Police are looking for information after shots were fired in the area of Foch Avenue and Highland Avenue.

Police say it happened around 12:30 am on Thursday, April 8th, 2021.

Officers searched the area for any potential victims and evidence. Multiple shell casings were located in the 2300 block of Highland Avenue. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.

Through investigation, it was learned two vehicles were observed in the area at the time of the incident. A Chrysler 300 and a dark coloured sedan, described as possibly being an Audi or Honda Accord. At this time, these vehicles are being considered vehicles of interest.

Both vehicles were last seen travelling southbound on Highland Avenue, then eastbound on Foch Avenue towards Howard Avenue.

Investigators are requesting anyone in the area with surveillance cameras to check their footage for any possible evidence.
